Advanced Electrostatic Precipitation

Precipitation controls emissions by charging particles electrostatically.  By charging these smoke particles, we can collect them in a way that is easy to manage.

Vertical Flow

The vertical tubes assure that collected material flows downward into the hopper and drains to your collection system.

High Voltage & Low Power

Operating between 20 - 30 kV, the units impart significant energy into the particles, assuring high efficiency for even the smallest particles.

Online Cleaning

Two collection cells allow for true online cleaning.  This means that your smoker can operate continuously, while still meeting stringent emission requirements.

Standard sizes of 2,500 CFM, 5,000 CFM and 7,500 CFM allows you to choose the size right for you.  The ID fan is VFD controlled, optimizing smoke removal.

These units can work independently, or integrated into your plant master control system using standard PLC communication.

Wet particles continuously flow through the cell, cleaning as they are drawn into the collection hopper.
